Sales Administrator

You will be part of a small but dynamic team that has responsibility for all administrative activities related to our operations. Order processing and supplier management, reconciliation of invoices, customer quotation processing and other transactional activities to support the sales team.
Some experience in using Sage 50 Accounts, Excel and Salesforce ( Our current CRM ) would be desirable although full training will be given.
The role involves a reasonable degree of customer and supplier communication so a professional telephone manner is also desirable.
The role is for 8 hours a day Mon-Thurs 08.30am to 4.30pm, Fri -08-30-4.00pm with a 30min lunch and 15min paid break
NB Industrial Products Online Limited follows the HMRC living wage guidance.
