You will be liaising with a variety of different businesses all over the world, in sectors such as defence, oil and gas, marine and subsea. Working with businesses from small independents to multi million pounds spend accounts, but that's what you are usedto, and you know that no 2 days are the same

Reporting into the Sales Director you will maintain contact with customer accounts made up of a mixture of lapsed, prospects and existing customers.

You will be allocated a selection of accounts to work on and your manager will work alongside you to build these up.

This is not a telesales role; you will build great relationships with your customers, it's not a numbers game more about quality

Once you've taken the orders you will:

- Ensure everything is passed over to the order processing team
- Cross sell and upsell additional products and services to both end user and domestic customers.

Then it's down to the rest of the team to make what your customer has ordered and get it to them on time in full with the right documentation, but you are someone who will follow that process and keep your customer updated

You have a great approach to sales; you know how to investigate fully the needs of their customer to obtain fantastic results.

Your strongest attributes are:

- Attention to detail.
- A great telephone manner.
- Highly organised.
- Persuasive in your approach, gets things done

You love being on the phone, talking to new customers, getting to know them and also nurturing business partnerships with your existing customers.

You want to succeed and have the drive and have the determination to do so and here you can see they promote from within so if your goals are to climb that ladder it could be a reality.

Hours of work: 08:30-5:30

23 days holiday plus stats plus Christmas shutdown (you don't have to save your holiday for Christmas shutdown
