We're looking for Support Workers in the Bangor area, as a Support Worker with Care Quality Services you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting people who have varying needs and abilities but include;**_ _**learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.

**Covering**: Bangor

**Role Highlights**:

- Shifts patterns consist of 12hr block-pay - Days or Nights, Part time or Full Time, we are flexible on the days you work although some weekend working is essential.
- £12 per hour dependent on experience and positions available
- We can consider both drivers and non drivers
- Opportunity to complete either NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (through work based learning) and further progression opportunities

- Are you the person who can support our individuals day to day to live independently in their own home whilst promoting a safe, healthy and secure living environment. Your ability to interact, build relationships and support our individuals in all aspects of their life and activities of daily living, which could include; accompanying them on their holidays, social events, interacting with families and friends to encourage relationships and social development._

A small cohort of our individuals who live in our supported living homes, have the capability to lead and live independent lives, your support will be to help enable them to maintain their independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.

If you are kind and compassionate, patient and friendly then you will make the perfect support worker - no experience is required and full training is given, we are keen to speak to you.
