**The Role**:

- Check vehicles in on arrival noting vehicle specifications and organising vehicle documents.
- Reporting vehicle faults and organising vehicle returns.
- Chasing vendors for V5 documentation and service history.
- Creating adverts for vehicles.
- Adding vehicle images.
- Office administration.

**What kind of person we are looking for?**:

- Must be passionate about cars.
- Good organiser and problem solver.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- An eye for creating great adverts.
- Experience in using office software packages.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes pride in output.
- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
