**Job Description - Junior Content Creator**

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing advertising content across various platforms.

Your primary focus will be on creating and editing content for digital campaigns, including social media, websites, and other online channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring their ideas to life, while ensuring brand consistency and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Create compelling visual ads that align with the brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit and enhance existing ad content to optimize its visual impact and effectiveness.
- Utilize design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to develop high-quality ad graphics, illustrations, and animations.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Ensure all ad content is optimized for different platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
- Work closely with marketing team to combine visual elements with persuasive ad copy.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ad concepts.
- Stay organised and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills Needed**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience or internship in graphic design, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and social media platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and translate marketing objectives into visually appealing ads.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take feedback and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate

**Salary**: £19,750.00-£22,500.00 per year
