Care Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a residential setting. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

**Duties**:

- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting individuals with mobility and physical activities
- Engaging residents in social activities and providing companionship
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in residents' health to the senior staff
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents

**Experience**:

- Experience in home care or a care home setting
- Good command of English language
- Basic IT skills for record keeping
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and colleagues
- Ability to follow care plans accurately
- A valid driving licence is desirable for certain roles

Pay: £12.00 per hour
