**Due to our outstanding continuing success, we are seeking a full time Jewellery Allocator for our site in Rochester, Kent.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
JOB PURPOSE:
As an Allocator on our team, you will be responsible for maximising sales through allocating stock and ensuring stock levels are maintained in line with store plans.
You will also be providing support to the Buying and Merchandising team with sales and stock analysis and completing key admin tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stock Management
- Produces weekly stock replenishments for pre-owned stock and new stock.
- Produce New Collection/Product allocations for business.
- Building stock packs for key stores such as New Stores and Refit stores.
- Stock management including inter branch transfers and stock consolidation.
- Completing New Stock reprices as directed.
- Maintain the range plan for New stock.
- Raise Purchase Orders for any stock buys
- Update and Maintain the delivery schedule for New Stock intake.

Analysis/Reporting
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reporting to the business.
- Support team with store/ product and size analysis as required.
- Updating and Managing WSSI’s reporting back any stock issues to line manager
- Conduct regular analysis of competitors feedbacking back to wider team.

Store Support

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Customer service/Administrative experience (desirable)
- Retail experience (desirable)
- Highly numerate - data driven
- IT Literate with experience of working with Microsoft Excel/Word

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Jewellery or watch industry experience
- Pre-owned product experience
