**Job description**

**Housekeeping **- 24 hrs per week. A variety of mornings, evenings and weekends.

You’re a bit of a tyrant for cleanliness and like everything in the right place, yeah? You take pride in what you do and are on hand to make sure that what needs to be done, is done well. You are methodical in your approach to cleanliness, you like routine, have a keen eye for detail and each task you complete is delivered with your own personality and flair to meet the highest of standards.

You are part of a team that places our guests at the heart of everything they do, building meaningful relationships whilst promoting the ‘true life’ culture and values. You are caring, you are enthusiastic, you have a ‘warrior spirit’, you are curious and you believe in trust.

You are a great communicator and work well with others to deliver operational excellence. You learn from experience, developing your own skills along the way. You stay safe and ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and legislation.

**What you will do**
- You will keep our public areas, amazing communal spaces and hallways spotlessly clean and tidy on a daily basis.
- Provide deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens as required.
- You will log maintenance issues and work alongside the team to keep our guests and accommodation safe and secure
- You will be a friendly face around the accommodation, happy to chat to our guests and assist with any questions they may have.

- Our true superstar will be friendly and fun with a positive personality.
- You are hardworking and like routine but will get stuck in to whatever needs to be done some guests are cleaner than others
- You have great attention to detail and take pride in delivering consistently high levels of housekeeping.
- You will have experience working in a similar role.
