Despatch Operative

Overview:
If you’re looking for a career in the food industry we are one of Europe’s leading food processing companies. We are looking for “Despatch Operatives” to join our existing team at our Highland Meats site in Saltcoats.

**Responsibilities**:

- Decanting, stock rotation, scanning and labelling.
- Follow and be aware of the departmental Standard Operating Procedures, training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all the current SOPs.
- Maintain the fast-paced environment in line with production needs.
- Work with the manager and team to achieve the department targets.
- Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.

**Shift pattern**:
Monday - Friday

9am - 5.40pm

**Starting rate**:
£10.42 per hour
