Building Services Supervisor

An opportunity to join as a key member of the Facilities Management team.

The post holder must ensure that all Building Services are delivered to the agreed contract specifications.
To ensure Sodexo Building Services Team delivers on all service level agreements
and / or objectives set by the Facilities Manager.
Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe / practical manner.
Undertake all duties within the scope of employment.

**Role Responsibility**:
To deliver the building services to the Client in line with the Contract scope of work.

Manage Subcontractors in line with contract requirements, including but not limited to:

- Contractor RAMS for each task completed
- Permit issuance in line with High Risk / High Consequence works
- PPM schedule delivery
- Compliance register including certification of works

Ensure that all service level agreements associated with the Building Services scope of work are adhered to and delivered.

To provide a flexible and professional service delivery to meet contract requirements.

Maintain effective communication and relationships with all members of the
Sodexo team at the Client Site including sub-contracted employees.

Liaise with all departments to ensure good communication to help with the smooth
running of the Contract.

To keep safety as a priority and ensure that all incidents are
recorded and reported in line with Company policies and procedures.

To ensure that excellent customer care is practiced in a service excellence manner.

To ensure tasks reported by the office services helpdesk and / or others are dealt
with safely, promptly and in an efficient manner.

Actively demonstrate service excellence role model attitudes and behaviours by
displaying an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers

Ensure your working area is kept tidy at all times

Respond to requests assigned via the office services help desk, although the
Facilities Manager can assign particular projects

To be self-motivated and use own initiative.

To lead as Building Services Supervisor, displaying good attitudes and behavioural
values.

To attend meetings / training courses as required and follow through on personal
development plans.

Any other reasonable tasks requested by the Facilities Manager.

Provide a courteous, friendly and timely service.
