We have an opportunity for a vehicle buyer to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 350+ pre owned vehicles). You will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary of £20,000 to £24,000 per annum and a more than achievable first year OTE of £35k to £50k.

This role would suit an experienced Car Sales Executive / Buyer with exceptional customer service, ability to diagnose faults, mechanical damage and bodywork damage on vehicles, influencing skills and commercial awareness.

What will you be doing?
- The role involves purchasing vehicles for Car Planet and travelling to multiple locations within a 70 mile radius from Watford
- Ensure vehicles purchased, meet our strict specifications and that the refurb costs are aligned to budget
- Appraise cars accurately and negotiate effectively
- Provide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculations

What do you need for this role?
- Full driving licence
- Mechanical and Bodywork Knowledge
- Previous Automotive experience essential
- Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to appraise, persuade, negotiate and maximise
- Excellent administration skills

The Package
- Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 Basic DOE (£35,000 - £50,000 OTE Uncapped)

Other Benefits include
- Annual holiday - 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays

The Hours
- Week 1: 6 day working week
- Week 2: 5 day working week
- Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
