**Job Description**:
Our International Finance Manager is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their friendly and high performing International Finance Team. You will be based from our offices in Oldbury.
As a Finance Administrator you will support the general administration duties for the department with a key focus on processing invoices and dealing with query resolutions from DPD UK Suppliers. Other key responsibilities of this role include;
- To support with invoice processing for International department
- Recording of group fine information for further analysis
- Support in recharging UK customers for Customs duties and any other miscellaneous charges arising from International operations
- Support in invoice query resolution with DPD UK suppliers
- Assist in monthly supplier statement reconciliation’s and group payments
- Assist with billing process for International Mail service
- Support with Monthly Inter company reconciliation’s between DPD Group Business Units
- Assist with other ad hoc tasks and general admin within the International team

- Have excellent computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- The ability to work independently and effectively at pace
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong numeric skills
- Have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative and within a small team
- Have a positive attitude, flexible approach and a passion to learn
