We're looking for an experienced restaurant manager to help lead our Restaurant team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the restaurant team (Kitchen and Front of house)
- Recruit, train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Have a natural flair with people and be organised
- The customer experience must be your highest priority and you will need to lead and motivate your team to achieve success and drive the business forward
- Have financial responsibility for food and beverage sales, and overhead costs including tracking employee’s hours and service charge.
- You will be required to ensure high standards of presentation, staff training and development, people management, teamwork, innovation, marketing, organisation, health and safety, including food hygiene
- Ensure the smooth running of all Food and Beverage within the Restaurant and Bar and profitability of the department in conjunction with the senior management team
- Oversee and work closely with the kitchen team
- Take control and accountability for the day-to-day restaurant operations
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests

**Skills & Experience**
- Lead & supervise our awesome team of restaurant team members.
- **Previous kitchen management experience desired**:

- Experience of managing all aspects of a restaurant
- Food and beverage supervisory/management experience
- Ability to manage personnel and meet operational targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and think quickly under pressure
- Safety guidelines
- Previous experience within a similar role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong background in food and beverage restaurants.
- Strong communicator and team management skills.
- Organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and demanding environment.
- IT Literate.
- Fluency in English.
