FANTASTIC LEADERSHIP OPPURTUNITY FOR A GP WITH AN INTEREST IN THE CARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
**Dear Colleagues,We are delighted to offer this rare and exciting opportunity to play a lead role in the Oxfordshire health and care system, as part of a new team of doctors and other professionals transforming primary and community care.
Our team of forward-thinking lead doctors will work closely with other health and social care professionals to lead this change. As lead for the Children and Young Peoples pathway, you will focus on improving care and support for this group of people across Oxfordshire.
Services being coordinated in this pathway currently include:
- Health Visiting & School Health Nursing
- Children’s Community Nursing
- Children’s Integrated Therapies
- The Phoenix Team
- Family Nurse Partnership
- Children’s Bladder and Bowel Service
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a GP with leadership and/or management experience and a keen interest in the care of children, young people and their families. Your work will support the ongoing development and integration of these services to improve the health and wellbeing of this group of patients in support of our local communities.
You will work closely with a brilliant multidisciplinary clinical and operational team that are completely motivated in achieving our objectives.
