As a vital member of our Early Years team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children in their crucial early developmental stages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the lead Nursery Practitioner in delivering engaging activities and educational programs tailored to the needs of young learners.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment conducive to children's growth and development.
- Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a holistic approach to child development and learning.
- Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the welfare of all children in our care.

- Experience working with Early Years children, whether in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting.
