Damp Surveyor

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Damp Surveyor to join our team, based in the North West Region (Salford).You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000per annum Plus Company Van/ Car Allowance Plus Benefits.

**Responsibilities for this Damp Surveyor will include:**

To liaise across a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a commercial delivery of day-to-day responsive repairs and voids contracts.

This role will be accountable for damp proofing management and checking and identifying issues with damp, ensuring repairs to any problems found.Completing damp inspections and arranging works to be completed within a reasonable timescale.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Damp Surveyor**:
GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English

CSRT qualification or equivalent

Knowledge of all aspects of damp proofing trade discipline

Must have a valid CSCS card at the appropriate level

Valid driving license

Demonstrate a good and sound knowledge of how damp proofing systems work.

Asbestos Awareness Certificate and working in confined spaces
