**Job Title**: Payroll Manager - EMEA
**Location**: London (SE1 2NY)
**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
Brookson are recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join our growing company in London.
Managing a team of 6 Payroll Specialists across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (EMEA) the Payroll Manager is responsible for ensuring all EMEA is processed on time and accurately each week/month.
**The Role**
Based in the UK, you will be responsible for Payroll Specialists in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. The main day-to-day activities include:
- Managing and processing payroll and billings for several countries across the EMEA group
- Working and collaborating with our accounting team
- Process payroll for multiple clients for various roles, payment types, and schedules
- Ensure management of payment schedules to guarantee that payroll is completed timely and with a high level of accuracy
- Tracking and following up on all stop payments and rejections
- Hands-on in overseeing and processing multiple UK and EMEA payrolls
- Completing regular appraisals and 1:1’s with your team
- Producing monthly reports for managers and investigating any queries

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Essential:_
- Previous management experience and examples of developing teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including strong Excel skills
- Desirable:_
- Fluency in a 2nd language
