Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for someone with a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, and a hunger to learn. You’ll support our team in producing engaging visuals and content across our diverse portfolio of brands, including:

- **Brain Blasterz -** the Leading Sour Candy brand across Europe and the Middle East
- **Nurture by Nature Botanicals** - category leader in personal care gifting
- **Guitar Lab** - category leader in guitar accessories gifting
- **Chaos Club Beauty** - a bold self-care brand

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll gain hands-on experience creating assets that bring our brands to life online and offline.

As part of our team, you’ll be multi-tasking, decision making, moving fast, identifying, and solving problems, evolving and being part of a fantastic team, all striving towards Brand Hatchers’ BIG goals and having fun along the way.

**What You’ll Do**

As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll assist the team in developing creative content across digital, print, and e-commerce channels.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Designing and producing social media content (graphics, videos, photography) aligned with our marketing strategy.
- Researching, pitching and developing innovative creative ideas.
- Leading brand photography projects from concept to completion.
- Designing and updating product packaging and maintaining brand consistency.
- Creating digital and print marketing assets, from brochures to ad campaigns.
- Developing Amazon product imagery and A+ Content to drive online sales.
- Designing tradeshow stands that engage and inspire audiences.
- Staying ahead of design trends, software and AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a closely related field
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects)
- Proven experience in multimedia or digital design - please supply a portfolio
- A keen eye for detail and a flair for visual storytelling across static, motion and digital platforms.
- Strong project management skills - comfortable juggling multiple briefs and tight timelines without dropping the creative spark.
- Collaborative energy - you’ll work closely with marketing, e-commerce, new product development, and sales teams.
- Experience using or experimenting with AI-powered design tools (e.g. Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, DALL.E or similar) to enhance creative output and streamline workflows.

**Nice to Have**
- Ability to use a digital camera for content creation
