Cottage Farms Ltd is a leading operation in Kent specialising in the grading / ripening / packing & supply of fruit to major retailers in the UK.

Due to further expansion & business growth, we are in a position to recruit a production team leader to join our team.

Experience in people development and management and the ability to identify opportunities to increase production efficiencies and implement positive changes are key requirement for this position.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in a forward-thinking business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the companies H&S & Food safety standards
- Correct utilisation and management of labour to deliver the production plan.
- Develop & maintain an engaged team.
- Colleague ’ reviews and performance management
- Deliver company briefs in line with management requests and support.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and audit ready in line with both internal / external procedures and standards.
- Manage team to business defined KPI’s including quality / safety / efficiencies.
- Undertake, when necessary, investigations.
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.

**shift pattern**: Working hours 8am to 8pm 4 on 4 off shifts.

**Hours per shift** : 10 - 12 Hrs - Normal working day across the year is 10 hours, however given the nature of produce 12 hour shifts will be required at certain times across the year.

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
