As a highly ambitious, forward-thinking and driven team of individuals, we're going places. As part of our expansion, we are bolstering our team and we're now opening up the opportunity to join us as an Inventory and Inspection Clerk.

What Does the Role Involve?
- Using a pre-built reporting app, carry out check in and out reports and interim property inspections
- Accurately photograph and describe property conditions and compliance checks
- Processing reports to tenants, landlords and the local authority
- Assisting in deposit returns
- Seek opportunities to develop the department from refurbishments, alleviate loss from reporting and more

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A quick learner to ensure proficiency in using inventory management software or systems (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Required:

- Full UK Driving Licence (any previous disqualifications/points must be disclosed)

Desirable:

- Access to own vehicle (mileage will be paid for by the company)

Monday to Friday
- 8.45am - 5.30pm

Saturdays - 9.30am - 4.00pm (on rota/as required, time given back in lieu)

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
