**Full Job Description / Installations Team Member**

LTI Transformations is a dynamic industry leading organization, that transforms roofs, walls and UPVC using our specialised coating procedure. We have been trading since 2017 and have amassed an enviable reputation, for putting our customers at the heart of our operations.

Rated Excellent on Trust pilot, we are considered industry leading from inception to completion of our refurbishment processes.

With an ambitious target of expansion / growth, we now need an ambitious Installations Manager, to support our Installations team into 2025 and beyond.

**You will be responsible for**:
Continuous feedback to our Installations Managers

Coating both walls and roofs using our specialized coating process / products

Excellent communication both with our installation team and clients.

Full compliance to our H&S processes

Obtaining the assistance of a number 2 ( Second Man )

Coaching and mentoring of Installation ( second Man ), to support their continuous development.

Liaising with the wider installation team, to maximise productivity.

Maintain customer service standards on Trust Pilot at above 95%

Maintain excellent scores on the Installation Feedback forms.

**Schedule**:
Day shift ( Monday - Friday ) with occasional weekend work.

**Experience**:
**Trades experience ( preferred )**

**Demonstrate time / commitment to previous businesses**

**Demonstrate an understanding of safety procedures / compliance**

**Demonstrate willingness to learn.**

**Qualifications**:
**Full driving license (must have held a full licence for a minimum of 5 years)**

**Confident working from ladders and at height**

**Generally considered fit and healthy.**

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Roofing or Roughcasting: 1 year (required)
