An industry-leading national company are hiring an administrator/coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of an environmentally focused business that aims towards sustainability. This role is ideal for an administrative professional looking for a varied role.

**The role**
- Set up project files, upload data, logging new enquiries.
- Update job tickets and coordinate works
- Assist in preparation of quotes and sending contracts
- Manage and maintain folders
- Administration of training/ booking new training
- Update health and safety records
- Preparation of the health and safety folder on job completion
- Obtaining/ maintaining Accreditations including ISO documentation

**The Person**
- Previous administration experience
- Background/experience in health and safety/environmental/construction/demolition/waste industries advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, meeting deadlines, plan and prioritise workloads.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Have a good knowledge of MS Software.
- Must be a good team player or work well in autonomy and under own initiative.
- Works to exceed customer expectations
