**Company Information**:
TMI Foods is a subsidiary of Dawn Farm Foods, the leading cooked and fermented meats company in Europe. We manufacture food products (mainly pork based products) in accordance with Food Safety regulations and requirement.

We are looking for **production operatives** to join our cooked side which involves preparation of cooked production (mainly pork based products).

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Manufacture of food products in accordance with Food Safety regulations and requirements.
- Carry out operative processes within the factory operation to agreed standards in relation to Customer, Company, Legal, HACCP and Food Safety requirements
- Maintain a clean production environment and have a strict level of personal hygiene standards
- Monitor and update stock levels on factory computer and keep strict traceability records on production
- Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw pork into production machinery and operating production line equipment.
- Packing goods ready for shipment
- You will be working in a cold environment with raw meat and/or cooked meat.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience within a food manufacturing company ideal but not essential
- Ability to work well as an individual and in a team environment
- The ability to work quickly and methodically

The **shift pattern** for this role is Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm.

The hourly rate for this position is £12.21 per hour plus a £1.50 rotating shift allowance for all basic hours worked.

Overtime is available, paying up to £24.42 per hour (dependant on hours / days worked).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.71 per hour
