**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain a safe and organised traffic environment by directing vehicles and pedestrians effectively.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, providing guidance on parking, loading, and unloading procedures.
- Drive company vehicles as required to assist in traffic management tasks.
- Manage the flow of traffic during peak times, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or incidents to the relevant authorities promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to site safety and traffic control.

**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to maintain order in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to relay instructions clearly.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for driving duties associated with the role.
- Previous experience in traffic management or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while remaining vigilant and attentive.
- A commitment to safety protocols and procedures is essential for this position.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
