**We are currently recruiting **for a part time **permanent role, our starting salary of £21,200(pro rata) is made up of a base salary of £19,500(pro rata), up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.**

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**

In a part-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 28 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The role is based in the Stratford-Upon-Avon branch

If you are interested in a part time role, during the initial training period you would be required to commit to working 7-hour shifts from 9am - 5pm during your training period. Once your training has been completed you would return to your agreed part time working hours.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
