Henry Adams Estate Agents is pleased to have a full time position available for an Sales Negotiator/ Associate at our busy Midhurst office.

Experience in residential sales is preferred but general sales experience will be considered. The position is varied and could encompass sales, sales progression and listing, we offer training and personal development and a competitive salary package with bonus structure and profit share options.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Residential Estate Agency
- Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
- Exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication skills
- Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
- Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and One in Three Saturdays 8.45am to 4pm on a rota basis.
