**Marketing Manager**

Based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire our client are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This job would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience, including 2 years professional experience in digital communications and/or sales channels as a performance, social media, CRM or digital marketing manager in the UK or similar experiencein a creative, media agency.

The company are an advanced manufacturing business who develop, produce, and market innovative system solutions for private homes. They have a presence in around 100 countries all over the world and offers their customers a portfolio that is perfectly tailoredto consumer needs.

The successful individual will have good knowledge of marketing products in need of explanation, with an enthusiasm for metrics-driven marketing and digital transformation. For this role you will need to be confident with good communication and presentationskills, as well as confident with using MS Office.

Job responsibilities:

- Actively participate in the development of the local marketing plan
- Responsible for the execution of the marketing activities, with a clear focus on Trade Marketing, Trade fairs and virtual events, B2C and B2B Media, Media Planning and Adaption of global campaigns and master templates for the local environment.
- Tracking, reporting, analysis and continuous optimisation of the KPI's
- Brand Ambassador for the UK Market, onboarding of new colleagues for Brand Positioning, Comms Framework and global guidelines and frameworks
- Local implementation of international projects in cooperation with adjacent areas.
- Briefing agencies and external service providers.
- Cooperation with the interface departments (Sales, Internal Sales, Service, IT, etc.) in the implementations of measures within the area of responsibility.
