Seeking a Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement for a global role based in London. The role will have responsibility for developing and executing the strategic plan for advancing diversity and inclusion globally and engaging employees in cultural momentsand community-building experiences globally, regionally and locally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Global Management Committee, business and HR leaders to develop and promote an integrated inclusion and diversity strategy, with accountability for the execution and results, such as increased representation across all levels of organization.
- Work across HR to design and deliver innovative, adaptive and inclusive talent strategies across all Centre's of Expertise and people functions.
- Design a continuous listening strategy with a framework for touchpoints throughout the employee journey (engagement and pulse surveys, focus groups, etc) to enable global organization sentiment analysis and tracking against initiatives delivered.
- Understand needs and wants of our employees and provide input and influence on engagement, inclusion and diversity strategy and company initiatives to drive belonging for all.
- Generate deep data-driven analyses to determine specific metrics by location, performance, potential etc., to influence business strategy and partner with local leadership to achieve a diverse workforce aligned with our diversity goals.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to develop diversity and inclusion strategies, programs, and metrics that successfully attract, retain, and advance a diverse workforce, fostering inclusion and sense of belonging across the organization.
- Collaborate with communities and the sustainability team to expand the reach of our philanthropic activities and our inclusion and diversity efforts in the communities we serve
- Keep abreast of key industry trends, research and recommended diversity, inclusion, and employee journey best practices.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of Inclusion, Diversity and Engagement experience in a large, complex organization.
- Highly effective collaboration skills that enable influence at all levels, from C-suite to frontline management, without direct accountability over resources.
- Proven track record for establishing and evolving the behaviours and practices inherent of diversity and inclusive organizations
- Deep level of aptitude in using critical thinking to balance data-driven insights against diversity and inclusion trends to make positive and grounded decisions
- Deep understanding of and passion for the diversity and inclusion discipline and capacity to display innovative thought-leadership in the space.
- Effective and active listening skills to take in stakeholders' ideas, feedback and varying
- Strong ability to flex own style to be both strategic and hands-on when required. Ability to influence with direct and indirect accountability.
