Marketing Director, DRM, Entertainment, Media Content, TV and Gaming Software anti-piracy technology company that provide a unique Digital Content Rights Management solution to some of the worlds most well known record labels, TV, Media, Entertainment andCDNs Content Delivery Networks are seeking a data-driven B2B focused Marketing Director with experience of designing, leading and delivering successful go to market strategies.
**Essential**
- Team Building, Recruitment and Management (initial team of 3 to 5 reports)
- Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing
- Formulating effective GTM strategies.
- In-depth experience of data driven performance marketing.
- HubSpot (or similer alternative marketing automation systems)
- Experience scaling a successful start-up or scale up
**Desirable**
- 5+ years experience in a Senior marketing operations or performance marketing role.
- Proficient with core marketing operations practices such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, A/B testing and campaign reporting.
- Experience with one of the major marketing platforms: HubSpot, Marketo or similer.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign reporting and analytics.
