Following expansion within the team, working Mon - Fri, you will be part of a multi-department project team focusing primarily on onboarding recently acquired companies across Europe. Visiting locations; assessing hardware (making recommendations for replacement, upgrade, or reuse) assessing software (analysis, repackaging and testing). You shall be using Microsoft Endpoint Management, Intune, Citrix, and other tools to deploy Windows Operating Systems, Mobile Operating systems, and software packages. Within this role you will also be tasked with processing & managing incidents, problems & changes, ensuring that these are dealt with promptly, through the deployment of best practices.

We are seeking an individual who is pro-active in their approach, eager to learn, in a busy environment, but has excellent inter team collaboration. Confident managing time, prioritising workloads effectively, alongside fantastic communication skills with your own team and other department members. Effective customer service skills are vital, as it is important that you provide a professional, courteous, and rapid response to stakeholders, providing technical support, so experience of incident & problem management is a given. During this role you will need to be available for out of hours incident escalations as & when required and be able to travel when needed for projects, training, or face to face meetings.
