Internal Recruitment Consultant for Leading IT Management Consultancy, (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office in Belfast)
Our client is a leader in management consultancy and professional services for large-scale technology change projects. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking for a new member to join the Belfast-based resourcing team. They have a friendly, collaborative culture, some fantastic benefits, and it's truly a great place to work.
We're looking for an experienced person with 2/3 years minimum recruitment experience (agency or in-house) to come onboard and work their way up to full ownership of key recruiting accounts. This needs someone who is highly organised, people-friendly, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of IT (Cloud platforms, infrastructure, architecture, engineering, programming languages, etc.) is a plus, but not a must. If you're a quick learner, with a keen eye, you'll soon pick this up, and they have a team of IT Pros who are happy to help
