**NEW Senior Tax Manager Opportunity for Leading Surrey Based Firm of Accountants**

Our client is an expanding 10 Partner Accountancy Practice dedicated to ensuring their clients achieve their goals and providing a 1st class level of client support & service.

Due to expansion they currently have an opportunity for an ambitious mixed Tax Manager with experience of working on both personal and corporate tax as well as advising high net worth clients on tax, inheritance and trusts. You will be seeing clients fromowner managed business and advising directors on their personal as well as their company’s tax issues. In addition there will be some tax compliance work and you will also be required to oversee tax juniors with basic tax returns. No specific tax softwareexperience is required and my client can offer a very competitive remuneration as well as a superb benefits package.

Tax project and compliance work

Managing Tax return data base

Personal and corporation tax return preparation

Basic tax trust advice

Reviewing sole trader annual accounts

Support the taxation services of the firm

Manage a portfolio of personal and corporate clients (with a bias towards personal clients to include HNWIs, SMEs, OMBs, groups and partnerships)

Assist a varied client base with advisory projects

Handle the responsibility for the associated complex compliance work.

Managing project work will include but not limited to directors, R&D, income tax, capital gains, inheritance, trusts and estates, share incentive schemes, capital allowances, VAT, R&D, tax credits, corporation tax including quarterly instalment payments,remuneration / exit strategies and EIS/SEIS.

Manage more junior members of the department, review elements of their work, and training where appropriate.
