**Workshop Controller**

Pelican Engineering Group | MAN Truck & Bus

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Controller to join our MAN Truck & Bus dealership in Normanton, Wakefield on a 12 Hour Day Shift Pattern, 4on / 4off.

** Competitive Salary + Bonus (based on 12 Hour Day Shift 4on / 4off) **

**You will be able to demonstrate**:
A background within the commercial vehicle/transport industry together with experience of planning and scheduling work with an experienced team of commercial vehicle technicians and apprentices.

As part of our SLA's and KPI's you will liaise with the service advisors, parts department and take ownership of VOR issues, be responsible for the administration of compliance documents, customer quotations for any repairs required as well as controlling, monitoring and reporting the overall performance of your shift.

You must meet and consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Experience of running a commercial vehicle dealership or similar workshop with a large fleet required and experience of working with MAN Trucks an advantage
