We are hiring a Senior Home Carer to join us at Heriitage Care Ltd

Heriitage Care Ltd provide a Home Care Service in and around Stevenage and Knebworth, Hertfordshire.

We require a Senior Care Assistant to lead our care team to provide the highest standard of care and compassion. Working closely with the Carers and the Registered Manager, you will be carrying out care in the community, coaching and mentoring your team whilst identifying training needs, developing and implementing and updating care plans and adhering to CQC guidelines.

You are required to have experience as a Carer for this role. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role along with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also required for this role.

Please note that this role require driving on a regular daily basis. Mileage is provided along with your rate of pay.

Hourly pay: £10.70 - 12.00

Double pay for bank holidays

On call rates will vary

Other benefits available such as staff bonuses, staff of the month awards, introduction to friends awards.

- Stevenage, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
