**Job Introduction**
As the country’s largest, independent gift and greetings card retailer with over 1000 stores Christmas is our busiest time, during this period we usually take on additional 6,000 member of staff.
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Payroll Team for 12 weeks to help with our seasonal recruitment, previous administration or payroll experience is a bonus but full training will also be given.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support to the Payroll Team
- Monitoring the Payroll mailboxes and responding to queries
- Logging Fit Notes & Return to Work Forms
- Being the main point of contract for any call or queries
- Monitor any incoming & outgoing post
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR / Payroll function;
- Being an advocate for great customer service internal and externally;
- Accurately undertaking tasks and responding to requests within Dept. SLA’s;
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times whilst complying with GDPR;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Good level of computer literacy - Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential;
- Ability to work proactively and with mínimal supervision.
