**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and social media.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using SEO tools and analytics software.
- Maintain the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines.
- Coordinate promotional events and activities, liaising with vendors and stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide leadership support by mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate others.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks undertaken.

Pay: £26,001.00-£27,234.00 per year
