Andwe thrive on creating innovative solutions for events, ensuring that each experience is on brand, on message, and fully engages its target audience. **Job Opportunity** During the pandemic we acquired new technical skills and pivoted from in-person to virtual events. Post covid, the live events industry has rebounded in a big way, and corporate events and exhibitions have boomed. Today we provide a broader range of audiovisual services than ever before to many more large, high profile events, not just in the UK but throughout Europe. Due to rapid growth we recognise that our marketing strategies need to evolve. Whilst we have embraced digital media and use social media extensively, we are conscious that this could be improved. We are also planning a major re-brand that includes our entireinventory of digital assets and channels. In order to realise our ambitions, we need a proactive and innovative Marketing Manager with exceptional planning skills, a strong strategic insight and a desire to drive these initiatives to conclusion. This is a diverse role with responsibility for brandstrategy, positioning, planning and budgeting, leading a small team that designs and executes professional and effective campaigns. **Responsibilities** - You will discuss and agree strategy with the Board then execute agreed plans - You will manage Aztec’s web sites, e-shops and all of its digital assets across the wider organisation. - You will curate and output social media content and manage Aztec’s SM channels - You will provide support collateral to the sales team, such as pitching documents - You will manage all aspect of PR including copy-writing, producing press releases, conducting interviews with Industry press outlets - You will attend industry events representing Aztec and curate relationships with Industry bodies **What we’re looking for** You should have/be: - At least 5 years marketing experience, ideally with a service sector organisation - Demonstrable experience of defining then executing marketing strategies - Proven experience of a broad range of marketing skills and experiences - A creative mindset and the ability to translate concepts into executable campaigns - Evidence of successful campaign delivery - Strong portfolio of marketing activities accompanied with real world metrics - Experience using digital measurement tools, especially GoogleAnalytics - Evidence of re-branding roll out in previous roles - A proficient natural networker - Good copy-writing and exceptional communication skills, including very good written and verbal English language, with excellent attention to detail - Excellent all round end-user IT skills - A degree, or equivalent, in Marketing If you are an excellent marketeer and the description above sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you There is a high degree of flexibility in terms of working hours, as well as an understanding that this is not a 9-5 job. The nature of this role requires a lot of collaboration with colleagues in different departments, so it will be performed predominantlyin the office with occasional visits to site to view events, and occasional working from home on an ad hoc basis.
