Administrative Officer
£20,077 - £23,291 Dependant On Experience

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality and efficient administrative support to the Youth Support Team and to provide professional and welcoming customer-facing services to young people, service users and partner organisations.

The Youth Support Team, work with approximately 6,000 young people in Gloucestershire. We target specific groups of young people who are the most at risk of not making a successful transition into adulthood. We also deliver statutory services, and operate across Gloucestershire through our youth support centres, schools, and with families and young people in their homes.

Our passionate and committed staff members are on the side of young people and their families. We work with all kinds of young people, no matter what their background and we aim to offer quick, responsive, and effective intervention. We work with the young people and their families to identify the best support for them within their own communities.

**Essential**:
**You will have**:
NVQ 3, or willingness to work towards, in Business Administration or willingness to work or an appropriate equivalent qualification

Experience of providing administrative support to a team and identifying priorities to meet the demands of a busy office

Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets
