**Regional Manager - Heavy Plant**
We have an exciting opening for a Regional Manager to join our client’s growing team.
The main area of coverage for this position is Central Scotland, with some travel involved to the surrounding areas.
If you’re from an engineering background with a high level of technical knowledge, we have the opportunity for you
**What’s on offer**:

- £50,000 - £53,000, dependent on experience

**What’s involved in the role**:

- Responsibility of all revenue stream opportunities
- Creating and delivered a culture of customer service excellence for the Scottish region
- Involvement in asset management in the region
- Supporting customer site requirements
- Shape and deliver the Scotland regional business strategy
- Be responsible for the management and leadership of engineers, controllers and estimators
- Drive the business daily
- Understand engineer utilisation to ensure the correct balance of work and engineering resource
- Drive a culture of targeted safety measurement
- Promote our company values and drive a positive safety philosophy
- Direct interaction and communication with sites and quarry management, you will be experienced in creating a culture of commercial service delivery, against key KPIs

**What you will need**:

- Significant industry experience in a similar role
- Qualified Plant Engineer
- Previous experience of multiple OEM brands encompassing Quarry, Waste and ancillary products with extensive product knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels including complaint resolution.
- Strong commercial and technical awareness with self-drive and initiative
- Technical background
- Commercial awareness

**Hours:**:

- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - some flexibility required
- Home based and largely self-planning of diaries
