**Learning and Development Business Partner** | **£35,000** | **Burton | Hybrid Working**
**Cherry Professional** has an excellent opportunity for you. We are supporting a **Burton** based company. Due to the exciting new growth plans, they now seeking a **Learning and Development Business Partner **to come join them on a** Contract** basis.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies and programs for the business. You will be required to compile and deliver a **training** plan to include supervisory development, health and safety, staff consultativerepresentatives and departmental trainers support and training. You will be working from their prestigious modern offices and be part of a family-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities,
Through a business partnering approach, understand and define the people and operational requirements, into viable Learning and Development solutions, aligned to business needs and future growth opportunities.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas of training, coaching skills development or knowledge gaps and liaise with department heads to put training solutions in place.
Develop training and coaching materials for business partnered areas and wider business as required and liaise with specialists across functions to add credibility to materials and ensure fit for purpose.
Deliver interactive training sessions on a range of topics relevant to role/ need, considering the variations in the learning styles of participants.
Through continuous improvement, develop innovative on-boarding programmes and new development sessions that align both to the future needs of our colleagues and the business.
Provide an engaging business overview by delivering company and colleague induction programmes, delivering a successful on-boarding experience helping to reduce new starter attrition
Work with Mentors and Superusers, to support each functional area to have colleagues who are competent in in role aligned to their requirements and the skills-based training matrix.
Ensure that all regulatory and in role training needs are completed in line with customer or governing body requirements
Accountable for owning, amending and updating training materials in line with policy and regulatory changes for business partnered areas
To create, define and deliver career pathways aligned to job families are visible for colleagues, whilst ensuring PDRs, Personal Development Plans and career aspirations conversations are completed
Evaluate and analyse success of training: collate outcomes, gather information from delegates and make recommendations for further developing training programmes
Demonstrate a can do attitude.
Promoting the image and the brand of the Company at all times,
Confident professional approach.
Experience within hospitality and leisure is a must.
Proven training facilitation skills.
Experience in creating and delivering bespoke and innovative L&D interventions.
Able to deliver, present, and facilitate training to a range of different audiences.
Good knowledge of learning and development theory & practice.
An awareness of individual learning styles and important of appealing to these in L&D delivery.
