**Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.**

Our client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their expert team at an incredibly exciting time for their business, having just undergone a full re-brand of what is arguably one of the region’s most established and well-respected agencies for over 25 years.

As a Senior PR & Marketing Executive you would be responsible for developing and executing integrated PR and marketing strategies for a range of clients, primarily in the property sector, helping them to achieve their most ambitious marketing goals and communication objectives.

We are searching for someone who is creative and dynamic, who can demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver an exceptional client experience alongside data-backed results.

The role will include:

- Writing media releases
- Planning and writing digital content, e.g. blogs
- Journalist & media targeting, seeking proactive media opportunities
- Social media content creation
- Writing of award submissions
- Ad-hoc copywriting
- Reactive and proactive PR
- Influencer marketing
- Researching the latest trends in digital PR, social media & marketing
- Leading client meetings

Ideally applicants will have 2+ years’ experience in PR, social media and marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Property PR experience is desirable, but not essential.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Salary - £23,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience, plus commission structure linked to new business generation

30+ days paid leave per year (including 8 bank holidays and your birthday off)

Christmas and New Year shut down

Early Finish Fridays in the summer

Fantastic office space in Kelham Island, with bar and mini-gym
