**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Omni-Channel Product & Delivery team here at Matalan as a Product & Delivery Associate.?
This role plays a critical part in supporting the Product & Delivery Managers to deliver successful products and services within a defined pillar of the omni-channel platform. The role involves assisting with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, requirement capture and creation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, data analysis, and customer support.?
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product & Delivery Managers in the delivery of great new products and services.?
- Assist with project coordination, including task management, risk management, and communication with stakeholders?
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, and to ensure that their needs are met, with a focus on the end-to-end customer journey?
- Support in the UAT process, including developing and executing test plans, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather feedback, with a focus on ensuring that the customer journey is seamless across all channels?
- Manage the release process, including planning, scheduling, and executing releases, with a focus on minimizing disruption to the customer experience
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights, and to support decision-making, with a focus on understanding the customer journey and improving the customer experience?
- Provide customer support, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions, with a focus on resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
