**About the role**

We're looking for dynamic and enthusiastic **Team Leaders**to join our** Painter Brothers** team in **Hereford.**

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead the OLE team to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.
- Manage all IT-related aspects on-site and act as the primary point of contact for BB IT.
- Establish, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and maintenance activity delivery.
- Promote and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the OLE team.
- Monitor and manage equipment inventory, including spare parts.
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities.
- Ensure the OLE team complies with all policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
- Drive improvements in key performance indicators related to Environmental, Health & Safety, Productivity, Quality, Scrap, and Housekeeping.
- Perform any other duties as required.

**Who we're looking for**
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment and meeting key manufacturing deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong knowledge of process manufacturing best practices.
- Demonstrates integrity and maintains a professional image at all times, adhering to the company’s code of conduct.
- Able to read drawings and complete documentation related to workplace processes.
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
