We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Security Operations Manager to oversee the branch and business plan ensuring the division are delivering to agreed objectives/targets.

**Job purpose**:
Operations Manager will be assisting with managing the day-to-day operational running of the branch through effective management of staff and customers. You will work closely with the Regional Management Team to provide excellent customer service, employeesatisfaction and ensure that all business-related tasks are completed in a timely fashion - further ensuring regional operational growth plans.

- **Package**: £38,000 p/a. Company car & fuel card, holiday, and other benefits
- **Location**:Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas
- **Total hours per week**:45 hrs per week - Monday to Friday (Flexibility will be required as the hours will be varied)

**The main duties of our Operations Manager will include (but not be limited to)**:

- The Operations Manager will provide essential support to the Operational Management team
- Ensuring employee welfare checks are completed
- The Operations Manager will help complete monthly branch-based business report
- To recruit, motivate and train all employees operating out of the branch ensuring correct manning and optimal resource profiles
- The Operations Manager will manage customer requirements through provision of visit reports where required
- Conduct and monitor staff appraisals of direct reports. Set clear objectives, support and develop all direct reports and ensure appropriate succession plans are in place.
- Build, maintain and manage positive relationships; Support the financial team
- Act as Duty Manager for the manned guarding business in branch on a rota basis with other Operational Managers

**Must Have**:

- Full driving licence
- Front line SIA licence
- At least 2 years security industry experience
- Financially aware
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in problem solving
