**Salary**: £26,500 - £30,500 per annum _(dependent on experience)_

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Schedule**: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off (rolling rota)
**Work Location**: On-site / In person

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Children Support Worker** to join our small, family-run residential children's home in **Uxbridge, Hillingdon**. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a therapeutic environment where your care and support help vulnerable children feel **safe, valued, and empowered to grow**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide consistent emotional and practical support to children and young people
- Build strong, trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
- Implement therapeutic strategies tailored to individual needs
- Encourage the development of life skills, independence, and confidence
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
- Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to care planning

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in a residential childcare setting - _Preferred_
- **Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare** (or equivalent) - _Preferred_
- Knowledge or experience of therapeutic approaches to care
- A calm, empathetic, and child-centred mindset
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- **Full UK Driving Licence** - _Preferred_
