At Brendoncare we are always looking for ways to exceed the industry standard for Care not only to our residents and service users, but also ensuring our colleagues are well supported and empowered at all levels. Taking time to evaluate the best possible options for this has lead to an exciting opportunity presenting itself. We are looking for an assured HR Manager or existing Business Partner to join our growing People and Culture team as a People Business Partner.

Reporting in to the Director of People and Culture, you will work closely with stakeholders to build their people capability, embed organisational values whilst managing talent and developing approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. It is crucial you are seen to be the trusted advisor to leaders, offering guidance and expertise on all people practices including recruitment, resourcing, succession planning, and development and performance improvement.

The role is undoubtedly a hands-on role which requires you to switch between operational and strategic priorities, reactive and proactive HR, taking into consideration the short, medium and long term. You will exercise your creativity to establish innovative approaches to ER issues and change management, whilst championing culture and EDI and driving engagement to the delivery of strategic objectives.

Brendoncare are a charitable organisation commissioning care homes and extra care housing. We offer high quality, residential, nursing and dementia care, as well as independent living for older people across Hampshire, Wiltshire and East Sussex.
