**Project Manager**

**Hybrid / Remote / Tewkesbury**

Our client, a web and mobile solutions-based company, who operate across multiple industries, is seeking a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity, as it is offered on a part, or full-time basis, with remote and hybrid options available.

As a Project Manager you will help run a small, but growing, digital agency. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of client projects across the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of a project life cycle. Gathering client requirements through to successful delivery and launch
- Engage with product owners, stakeholders, and the delivery team to understand business needs and identify appropriate solutions
- Always maintain clear and regular communication with clients
- Plan sprints, estimate sessions, and retrospectives
- Coordinate the projects teams and keep directors informed of progress
- Solve problems as they arise and adjust plans where necessary

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Project management experience
- Organisational and leadership skills, with great attention to detail
- An understanding of software products and web development processes
- Outstanding communication & time management skills
- Confident in presenting completed work to clients and gathering feedback
- Friendly, with an upbeat attitude
