Our client, a well-known and successful volume brand dealer group in the local area, is searching for an experienced Service Advisor to complement their exceptional Aftersales team.

**Role Summary**:
As a Service Advisor in the Aftersales Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our client's commitment to professionalism, technical expertise, and unparalleled service.

Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Providing professional and prompt assistance to all customers, ensuring a positive first impression of the Service Department. Addressing technical queries and issues with expertise, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- **Service Coordination**: Serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling vehicle service appointments and keeping customers informed about their vehicle's progress. Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure the timely completion of service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through various communication channels.
- **Courtesy Car Management**: Managing the allocation and handover of courtesy cars, ensuring a seamless experience for customers during their service period.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue generation by upselling additional services, service plans, and warranties that align with customer needs and vehicle requirements.
- **Administration duties**: Pre populating job cards and more.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Proven experience in an automotive Service Advisor role (minimum 1 year's experience).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Technical understanding of automotive services and the ability to address customer enquiries and issues confidently.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage service appointments, workshop coordination, and courtesy car allocation efficiently.
- Sales acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities.
- Previous experience using dealership CRM systems.
