Creative Studio Account Executive - circa £35,000 for Bristol

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aviva in-house Creative studio, within our Customer & Marketing department, for an Account Executive - who will be tasked with project managing the lifecycle of creative briefs for our business. This would be a great role for a highly organised Account / Project Manager or Coordinator from a Creative / Marketing background, who is keen to gain exposure to working for one of the UK’s largest Financial Services providers in their next position

A bit about the job:
You will triage, review, and manage campaign requests into Aviva’s Creative Hub mailbox - this will include allocating work to the wider team, and then ensuring that briefs are delivered to specification, and to deadline, keeping in regular communication with the relevant stakeholders and our Studio Manager. You must also support on key reporting requirements with regards to workflow capacity and prioritisation, as well as manage overflow of requests. Showcasing strong interpersonal skills will also be a key part of the role - as you will have to build relationships with internal leaders, managing expectations and status updates as required, as well as with external agency contacts, ensuring the right multi-channel assets are created to reach deadlines.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience of working within a busy creative team to tight deadlines and moving priorities, in either a project management, account management or workflow coordination focused role - either from inhouse creative team or agency background- Experience of liaising with external creative agencies- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with ability to work to deadlines and within set budgets- Project management skills - i.e., able to co-ordinate and manage multiple deliverables for numerous campaigns- Proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams - both in relation to your own workload and allocated work for colleagues

What you’ll get for this role:
