**Female Support Worker** - **(known internally as Enablement Assistant)**_ **Salary**:£11.00 per hour** **Location: Southampton** **Hours per week**:Part time days and sleeps in shifts required *Driver essential for this role. **About the role** *The person you will be supporting has been involved in writing this advert for their support. *Vanessa is a 39-year-old woman who has autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. Vanessa currently lives in her own house in Southampton. She has an amazing sense of humour and likes to have a laugh and a joke with those around her. Vanessa forms very close relationships with those in her life and finding the right team member is important for her. Vanessa is a very independent lady who knows exactly what she wants. She is active and will go for long walks so needs team members who enjoy being active too. Music is very important to Vanessa, and she enjoys going to local music venues. She also likes going to the theatre and cinema and loves to keep up with all the latest shows and films. Vanessa would like female team members who are energetic and up for having fun. She is very close with her family, and they have a big impact on her life, so it is vital you can help Vanessa continue those relationships. Refer a friend and get £300 for every successful person you refer. **About PBS4** We are a not for profit and social enterprise support provider for adults and young adults who have learning disabilities and/or autism. We support people to live in their own homes, with their own tenancies and our model of support is a practice called Positive Behaviour Support. Our CEO Jonathan Beebee is a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and qualified Behaviour Analyst. We are a medium-sized organisation supporting 35 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire and Oxfordshire and with a workforce of just over 200. As an Enablement Assistant you will have the support of a team of people dedicated to supporting that person. You will also be able to access support from the Deputy Enablement Manager, the Enablement Manager, and the Positive Behaviour Support Clinician who provide you and the team with management and leadership. Your shift pattern may consist of day shifts, waking nights and sleeps. **Be the change** People with learning disabilities should have the same right to an ordinary life as anyone else.
